Acceptance of Health Information System for Public Health Centre in North Borneo, Indonesia

This study sought the factor associated with own acceptance of HIS for PHC by using the modification of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) in the Sebengkok PHC, Central Tarakan Subdistrict, Tarakan City, North Borneo, Indonesia. A cross-sectional approach was conducted through a survey on the 37 of PHC\u27s user. A set of questionnaires which was adopted from the previous research was used to collect the information from the participant. The model was developed by involving job relevance, output quality, result demonstrability, screen design, terminology, facilitating condition, perceived of usefulness, perceived ease of use, intention to use and system use (actual usage) as the construct. According to the hypothesis testing, perceived usefulness predicted by terminology, perceived ease of use is significantly predicted by screen design and terminology, perceived usefulness significantly predicts the intention of use and perceived ease of use, while system use which predicted considerably by the intention of use and facilitating condition. This study may have a contribution to the future improvement of HIS for PHC and guide the next coming research to dig the difference acceptance among the user

Evaluasi Sistem Penggajian Dalam Rangka Meningkatkan Sistem Pengendalian Intern (Studi Kasus Pada PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Malang)

This study aims to determine the payroll system of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Malang and to know the payroll system that done by PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Malang has fulfilled aspects of internal control or not. Data collection is done through observation, interviews, and documentation. The method used is descriptive method to present the facts about the payroll system at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Malang. The results of this study concluded that there are weaknesses in functions related to payroll system because there are not a function of recording time. Payroll system ofPT.Pos Indonesia (Persero) Malang has drawbacks because the payroll system is done only by one person HR staff. In terms of internal control systems, organizational structure on PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) is not good enough because the position of staff has not been reflected in the organizational structure and the jobdescription PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) none of the parts that have the duty to hold the employee payroll matters either HR or finance and BPM

Pelatihan Mading Sekolah Bagi Siswa SMP Muhamamdiyah 19 Sawangan dan SMA Muhammadiyah 07 Sawangan

Mading sekolah merupakan salah satu upaya untuk menanamkan budaya literasi, namun hal tersebut tidak terjadi pada SMP Muhammadiyah 19 Sawangan dan SMA Muhammadiyah 7 Sawangan. Mading sekolah di kedua sekolah tersebut minim tulisan dan jarang terbit. Hal tersebut dikarenakan minimnya wawasan mereka tentang cara menulis beragam karya tulis dan pengelolaan mading. Oleh karena itu, tujuan pelatihan ini adalah untuk memberikan wawasan sekaligus praktik tentang penulisan beragam karya tulis dan pengelolaan mading sekolah. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut metode yang digunakan adalah metode praktek. Para peserta dituntut untuk menulis dan membuat sistem pengelolaan mading sekolah. Setelah diberikan pelatihan, kegiatan ini berhasil membuat para peserta mampu menulis beragam karya tulis dan membuat sistem pengelolaan mading

Spatial Analysis of Leptospirosis Disease in Bantul Regency YOGYAKARTA

Leptospirosis has still become a public health problem in the world, especially in developing countries which have tropical and subtropical climate such as in Indonesia. This research aims at investigating the spread and analyzing the cluster of Leptospirosis cases by using GIS. This research was conducted in 2015 using descriptive qualitative method. The total cases were 35 cased during May-Dec 2014 in Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta. The data consisted of secondary and primary data collected by using GPS. Univariate and spatial analysis were performed through SaTScan, QGIS desktop 2.4.0 and ArcGIS 1.1.0. The result shows that the distribution of Leptospirosis case in Bantul Regency is equally distributed in all districts with plain topography. The highest case occurs in May (12 cases). Clustering pattern is significant with p value= 0,001 with 11 cases in the cluster

Pengembangan Modul Sistem Reproduksi Bermuatan Keislaman dengan Huruf Braille untuk Siswa Difabel Netra Kelas IX SMP/MTs

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengetahui kualitas modul sistem reproduksi bermuatan keislaman dengan huruf Braille untuk siswa difabel netra kelas IX SMP/MTs berdasarkan penilaian para ahli, peer reviewer dan guru biologi, serta untuk mengetahui tanggapan siswa difabel netra terhadap produk yang dikembangkan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (R&D). Penelitian ini menggunakan prosedur pengembangan ADDIE terbatas pada ADD (Analysis, Design, Development) dan dilanjutkan dengan prosedur pengembangan Sugiyono yaitu validasi desain, revisi desain, uji coba terbatas, dan revisi produk. Kualitas produk dinilai melalui uji coba terbatas yaitu uji keterbacaan oleh dua guru biologi dan lima siswa difabel netra. Produk penelitian pengembangan ini adalah modul sistem reproduksi bermuatan keislaman dengan huruf Braille. Berdasarkan penilaian ahli materi, ahli media, peer reviewer mahasiswa difabel netra, peer reviewer mahasiswa pendidikan biologi, guru biologi, dan tanggapan siswa difabel netra kualitas modul adalah Sangat Baik (SB) dengan persentase keidealan secara berturut-turut sebesar 95%; 87,3%; 89,5%; 88,3%; 91,2%; 90,3%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa modul sistem reproduksi bermuatan keislaman dengan huruf Braille layak digunakan sebagai alternatif sumber belajar bagi siswa difabel netra kelas IX SMP/MTs

Pembuatan Teskit Boraks dalam Upaya Efisiensi Penggunaan Bahan dan Alat Laboratorium

Borax is a carcinogenic compound which is dangerous to the body. The flame method is one of the qualitative laboratory testing that usually used to determine the Borax compound in food. The method not only needs H2SO4, methanol, furnace equipment which is prices, but also needs long time because of the graying process. The research aims to make a simple borax test kit (simple method) by extracting anthocyanin substances on the skin of purple sweet potatoes and testing the borax compound in food samples. Materials and tools used are purple sweet potato skin, 96% ethanol, filter paper, knives, cutting boards, measuring cups, beaker glass, food scales and petri dishes. The results of the borax test kit that have been made are then tested using the borax standard as the gold standard and it showed that there was color changing of the test kit, i.e from pink to blue. The borax test kit was also tested on four food samples that possibly contained borax, i.e gendar crackers, white tofu, meatballs and noodles. Gendar crackers was the only food sample that contain borax. Therefore, it was concluded that the borax test kit made from filter paper containing anthocyanin can be used as an alternative tool in qualitatively testing of borax in foo

Well Water Consumed and Urolithiasis in Gedangsari Subdistrict, YOGYAKARTA

The land in Gedangsari Subdistrict area composes of limestone. Many local people consume drinking water from wells that contain high levels of calcium. Many people suffer from urolithiasis. This study aimed to describe calcium or Ca(OH)2 distribution in the well water and explain its relation with urolithiasis incidence. This study was conducted in Gedangsari Subdistrict, Gunung Kidul District from July to November 2013. The study was cross sectional confirmed with titration test in laboratory. Samples were 94 wells of 3,849 well population as selected randomly. Criteria of sample selection included wells used for drinking by the population aged older than 30 years already, with less than 15 meter of depth. Laboratory test of Ca (OH)2 level was conducted by titration. Suspect urolithiasis was clinically diagnosed by doctor and data analysis used chi-square test. Results showed relation between water hardness and urolithiasis (RP = 2.27), although statistically not significant. In conclusion, there was no relation between mineral water consumption, age, and length of stay with urolithiasis incidence in Gedangsari Subdistrict, Gunungkidul District

This research was condectad in the village district of Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru Sail with the formulation of the problems that are (1) what are the forms of empowerment program the poor families in tne village district of Tenayan Raya Sail? (2) How is the response of the society tourads empowerment program in the village district of Tenayan Raya Sail? The pupose of this research is to know of the empowerment program forms a poor family in the village of the Sail to figure out a response toword the govermemnt's empowerment program in district of Sail. This research was used descriptive quantitative research methods, the sample in this research was took by used the formula by slovin took 10% of the total population. To collect the data of the research by using questioner and observastion the result of this research can be known. The empowerment program forms a poor family in the village of the Sail that is aiming at the fulfillment of basic needs such as the basic food consumtion to the people of rural pool in the prencence of poor rice and cas assistance (BLT), the existence of the neighborhood businesses save program loan (UEK-SP) the existence of program UKM, the existence of a free health service by using card JAMKESMA or JAMKESDA, the presence of smart card, loan, cooperative family program expectations.
